We acted as construction manager/project manager and quantity surveyor on this hotel refurbishment scheme.
The entire ground floor public areas were reconfigured into a new reception, drawing room, cocktail bar, meeting rooms and restaurant. 25 of the guest bedrooms were refurbished (1st & 2nd floor rooms).
The design was sympathetic with the period features, retaining the timber panelling and emphasising the history of the rooms where Oscar Wilde and Lilly Langtry stayed.
The works were carried out whilst the hotel was still operating.
