JUL’S, the renowned luxury restaurant brand from Ibiza, brings its signature blend of dining and relaxation to St. James’s, London.
This project involved the full fit-out of a three-storey venue, carefully designed to deliver an immersive and elevated guest experience.
The basement level features an intimate speakeasy-style bar, creating a contrasting atmosphere to the main dining areas above. At ground and mezzanine levels, the space is centred around a dramatic, full-height wine wall that acts as a key visual and experiential focal point, enhancing both the layout and ambience of the restaurant.
Throughout the scheme, a raw and exposed material palette has been adopted, with each element intentionally left visible and treated as a feature in its own right. High quality finishes and precise detailing were essential to achieving the desired aesthetic, balancing a sense of understated luxury with bold, expressive design.
