Box Associates offers Quantity Surveying, Project Management and Contract Administration services, primarily in the prime residential market as well as hospitality & student accommodation. The Role:

The successful candidates will be required to have between 3-10 years relevant construction industry experience from either a consultancy or contracting background. You will be working on high-end residential, hotel, restaurant and leisure projects located in London with a value of £4M to £20M.

Be able to work on your own initiative and work as part of a team.

Work under pressure and to potentially work on a number of projects at the same time.

Form and develop sustainable long-term relationships with new and existing clients.

‘ReBase’ Wellness and Recovery studio – an exciting new concept which is now under construction in central London.

BOX have been managing the project since the initial design stages. The works consist of full fit out of the GF reception and Basement main area, below ground drainage alterations in a live commercial building, specialist equipment (Cryo Unit, Hyperbaric Chamber, etc) installation and a new staircase.

Site is due to be handed over late April 2024.

Box have a number of new projects lined up for the new year.

The project sectors include residential, restaurant, hotel and leisure.

2024 will also see us start on site on our student accommodation and cultural centre projects.

Many of these projects are in central London but we also have an extensive network in France and Spain.

Box has been part of the consultant team working with developer Valouran on the planning submission for the redevelopment of properties on Westbourne Grove. There will be a retained facade with roof top mansard extension to provide public house use at basement and ground floor level, with residential units at first to fourth floor.

Aqua's LUCi restaurant is now open in Covent Garden.

This is the second restaurant we have completed for the Aqua Group.

This Covent Garden space has been converted into a restaurant over three levels. The basement houses the kitchen and baking facility. Luci restaurant boasts 200 covers, set across a first-floor restaurant and a ground-floor grab-and-go counter.

This project consisted of constructing a contemporary 2-storey private new build residence (ground floor and basement) and a single storey separate building/room at ground level.

Box Associates were involved in delivering Taj Hotel's House Of Ming Brand into UK. This unique restaurant will bring a new standard to the Chinese cuisine in London.

Box provided Project Management, Quantity Surveying and Contract Administration to complete this challenging fast track project. Works included full refurbishment of the existing space, new services, new toilet facilities and complete change over of the existing kitchen to meet the Chinese cuisine requirements.

Box has recently completed the strip out and refurbishment of the lobby areas and public spaces of the Taj Hotel, Queens & Priors buildings (six floors) over two phases.

The works were undertaken whilst the areas of the hotel remained open.

This work is a continuation of a long-standing relationship with the hotel over many years.

Shiro is a Japanese restaurant and bar located at Liverpool Street’s Broadgate Circle.

Box has recently completed the complete fit out over two floors including MEP Services and a new kitchen.

The restaurant consists of seating on both floors with a bar on upper floor and external seating to provide unique dining experience to guests.
