The project comprised the delivery of a new golf simulator venue for Pitch Golf in collaboration with Trendy Golf, located within the existing Manchester Goods Yard building.
The works included a full fit-out of the Ground Floor and Mezzanine levels, incorporating new wall and ceiling finishes, installation of fixed and loose fittings, and the provision of a new kitchen and bar.
A full M&E installation was undertaken throughout, including coordination with specialist golf simulator technology. The scope also included the formation of new stud wall partitions, minor internal builder’s works in connection with the fit-out, and structural alterations to accommodate a new staircase.
